    Jonathan R. Alger, 51²è¹Ý’s 16th president, arrived on campus this summer. President Alger, who comes to 51²è¹Ý from James Madison University where he served as president for 12 years, is an experienced and visionary higher education leader. The 51²è¹Ý community is excited to welcome him as we begin the next chapter of 51²è¹Ý’s remarkable history.
